Make great clam broth cocktails!
Pour a shot of vodka over ice in a tall glass. Fill with Down East Tomato Clam Juice (recipe above). Garnish with a stalk of celery. Yum! Or go all out. Spear a peeled and deveined cooked shrimp with a toothpick, hang it over the side of the glass. Wow!
