Tomato Clam Juice and Bloody Caesar Vodka Cocktail

Bloody Caesar with St. Ours Clam Broth and Tomato Juice
Making Down East Homemade Tomato Clam Juice
Ingredients
1 envelope St. Ours Clam Broth
½ cup water
1 cup tomato juice
1 Tbsp horseradish
Juice of ½ lime or 2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
A few drops Tabasco
Directions
Heat water to nearly boiling, using stove top or microwave
Dissolve envelope of St. Ours Clam Broth in ½ cup of hot water
Add ice to make total volume 1 cup broth and ice
Mix in the remaining ingredients
Makes 2-3 servings in tall glasses over ice
Making the Caesar
Pour a shot of vodka over ice in a tall glass
Fill with Down East Tomato Clam Juice (recipe above)
Garnish with a stalk of celery or go all out and add a cooked shrimp over the side of the glass. WOW!
