Green Goddess Dressing

This recipe makes a delicious, creamy salad dressing or dip. We’ve replaced the anchovies with St. Ours Crab Broth to add extra seafood flavor

Makes 1 ½ cups | 10 minutes

St. Ours Crab Broth makes a delicious seafood flavored Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup fresh parsley

  • 1 cup mixed fresh soft leafy herbs; dill, mint, tarragon, and/or cilantro

  • 2 Tbsp chives, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 envelope St. Ours Crab Broth

  • 1 garlic clove

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Add yogurt to a blender or food processor then add St. Ours Crab Broth powder. Pulse to combine

  2. Add parsley, mixed herbs, chives, lemon juice, zest, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined and season to taste

  3. Serve as a dip or toss with salad greens, cucumber, and radish slices

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
